Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you're running late, please let us know immediately. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule to accommodate other clients.
Deposit Policy
